Can I bring my child to be serviced?
To maintain the relaxing atmosphere of our salon, we do not allow children under the age of 10 inside the salon, including the waiting area. We do service children over the age of 10. Regular prices apply.
Do I have to make an appointment?
Appointments are highly encouraged. We often have same-day appointments available that can be made by calling the salon or scheduling on our website.
Can I bring a photo of the nail art I want?
Yes! We do ask that you please email us your inspiration photo so we can assign you to a technician who will best achieve your desired look. Email us at
Can I make a group appointment?
Group appointments can be accommodated based on availability. If scheduled in advance, we can usually accommodate a group of up to 8 guests. For larger groups, we may suggest breaking up the party to be serviced back-to-back. Please contact us to make arrangements.
Why do I need a credit/debit card to hold my appointment?

Out of respect to our hard-working staff, we require a valid credit or debit card on file to protect our staff from no-shows and last-minute cancellations. For our clients, this also allows for no-contact payments (a great benefit amidst a pandemic.) No charges are made to the card when booking, and clients can pay however they would like – credit card, cash, or gift card – following their service.

Can you fill my nails if I had them done elsewhere?

Depending on the quality of your nails, we may be able to do a fill. Please be aware that if we do a fill on the work of another salon/technician, we cannot guarantee the longevity of your nails as we have no way of knowing the workmanship or products used prior to your visit at Lotus Nail Spa. For a guarantee of quality, we recommend a removal of nails done elsewhere, and a full set by a technician at Lotus Nail Spa.
