CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND REFUND POLICIES

 

A credit or debit card is required to reserve you appointment. The card on file will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Following your service you may pay however you would like – debit/credit card, cash, or gift card. We do not accept checks.

Your time is special to us and reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 6-hour advance notification is required to avoid being billed 50% for services reserved. If you no-show your appointment, or arrive more than 10 minutes late you will be billed in full for services reserved.

Please be thoughtful of which services you are scheduling, especially for group appointments. Services reserved, but chosen not to receive, will be billed in full if service cost exceeds $25. If a member of a group does not attend the appointment, the responsible party will be billed in full for the services reserved.

If you are unhappy with the final results of your service, please contact us directly via phone or email within 3 days of service. If concerns are brought to our attention more than 3 days following the service, changes may be made at the technicians discretion and applicable fees will be applied.
