Our goal here at Lotus Nail Spa is to help you relax, refresh, and rejuvenate. Please be aware of and adhere to our salon policies that create a relaxing, refreshing, and rejuvenating atmosphere for you, other guests, and our staff.

Atmosphere Policies:

Our salon and services are intended for customers 10 years of age and older. Please, no children younger than 10 years of age are allowed inside the salon.

We ask that device ringtones and notifications be put to silent while inside the salon. Please do not have phone conversations while in the salon.

Refrain from using your devices while having your hands worked on. We cannot guarantee the safety of our services, or quality of your treatment if devices are being used while being serviced.

Understanding that you may like to bring a friend, need a ride or some assistance, we ask that you only invite 1 person that is not receiving services to accompany you inside the salon. For the comfort of all salon clients, guests not receiving services will be asked to remain in the waiting area.

Please no food in the salon. Beverages are welcome.

We ask that any animals that enter the salon be trained service animals, or service animals in training.

We use sharp tools and implements while performing most services. Though not normal or common, nicks and cuts may occur. If you are nicked or cut, it will become your responsibility to properly care for the wound after leaving the salon. f you need help with this, consult a trained medical professional. To help avoid injury, please do not become distracted while receiving services.

If you are unhappy with your service, please speak directly to salon management. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policies:

Your time is special to us and reserved just for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 6-hour advance notification is required to avoid being billed for services reserved. This includes cancellations due to illness. If you no-show your appointment, or arrive more than 10 minutes late you will be billed for services reserved.

Please be thoughtful of which services you are scheduling, especially for group appointments. Services reserved, but chosen not to do will be billed in full if service cost exceeds $25. If a member of a group does not attend the appointment, the responsible party will be billed in full for the services reserved.
